Delete account and data

Owlimind app (developer: Owlimind). This page explains how to delete a parent account and all related data.

Option 1. In the app (immediately)

1. Open Owlimind, tap the lock icon “For parents” and solve the question.
2. Open “Parent account”.
3. Tap “Delete account and data”.
4. To also erase data on this device, tick “Also delete from this device (children’s profiles and progress)”.
5. Confirm.

The account and all server data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2. By e-mail (within 30 days)

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the e-mail you signed in with, subject: “Delete account”. We will delete the account and data within 30 days and reply by e-mail. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

• the parent's e-mail and the account itself;
• child profiles (name or nickname, avatar, birth year, settings);
• answers, progress, rewards, coins;
• purchase records on our server.

What is not deleted

• A Google Play subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Order records kept by Google Play under its own terms.
• Anonymous demand marks (plan, country, date) — they are not linked to the account.

Without an account

If you never signed in, all data is stored only on the device. To delete it, delete the child's profile in the parent area or uninstall the app.
