1. About the app
Owlimind is a learning app for children aged 3–8 by Owlimind (“we”). By installing the app, the child's parent or legal guardian (“you”) accepts these terms. Children use the app under adult supervision.
2. Access to the app
A purchase or subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the app's features (activities, games, voice-overs) on your devices for your family's own use. This is an electronic service: no intellectual property rights in the app or its content — to copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit them — are transferred to you; they remain ours. You may not copy, sell or distribute the app or its content (pictures, voice-overs, activities), reverse-engineer it or bypass purchase protection, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Free part and full version
- The free part has no time limit. What it includes is described on this website and on the store page and may change.
- The full version is a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a lifetime purchase. Purchases are made only through Google Play (later also the App Store) and follow the store's terms, including prices, payment and refunds.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- A lifetime purchase is valid for as long as the app is supported and available in the store.
- In-game coins are rewards for activities. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought or exchanged.
4. Parent account
An account is optional. If you create one, use your own e-mail and do not share sign-in codes. You can delete the account at any time (see account deletion).
5. Content
We work to keep activities accurate and age-appropriate. The app supports development but does not replace school, kindergarten or professionals and does not guarantee particular results.
6. Availability
The app works offline. Sync and purchases need a connection and may be temporarily unavailable. We release updates and may change, add or remove features.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data stored only on the device (for example, if the app is uninstalled without an account). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a date. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, unless mandatory rules of the consumer's country require otherwise.
